Through my own life experiences — including anxiety, emotional struggles, fear, and addiction within my family — I began my own journey of healing and transformation. That journey ultimately led me to this work and what I truly believe is my purpose: helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
With over 15 years of experience in trauma healing and addiction recovery, including a decade working at Passages Malibu as a clinician, I’ve supported individuals and families through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives with compassion, understanding, and root-level healing work.
